Dr. Albert A. Campana

Dr. Albert Campana grew up in Iselin, New Jersey.  He was captain of his high school state champion football team.  As an All-State running back, he received a full scholarship to the University of Maryland and was inducted into the Woodbridge Township Athletic Alumni Hall of Fame.  After a serious back injury he changed his pre-med studies and altered his career path towards chiropractic.

He then attended the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he graduated cum laude in 1978. He opened his first practice in Colonia and became the official township chiropractor in 1984.  He continued his education of post graduate studies in chiropractic orthopedics and became board certified in 1993.  He opened his second practice in Barnegat and continues to take post graduate studies in areas of sport injuries, diagnostic imaging and nutrition.

Dr. Campana's chiropractic expertise includes soft tissue injuries from sports, work and auto accidents.  he employs various adjusting techniques in his practice to fit his patients' needs.  His clinic also utilizes electric muscle stimulation, ultrasound, hot and cold packs, traction, Russian stimulation, and whole body vibration.  For the more chronic and severe cases he uses specific physical therapy equipment for the cervical and lumbar spine, cold laser therapy for pain control, and spinal decompression for herniated & bulging disc, degenerated disc, and spinal stenosis.

Dr. Campana is also the author of the book, "Today's Modern Chiropractor", a 14 chapter, 221 page book that helps educate the lay person on how to live a healthy "Drug Free" lifestyle.

His hobbies include boating, fishing, kayaking, jogging, weight lifting and of course, golf.
